Project ‘Arogya’ is a free medical camp for screening and providing basic equipment to disabled children in rural areas. ‘Arogya’ has expanded to include the provision of financial assistance to the families of 350 children who require major heart surgery every year. Free wheelchairs, tricycles, calipers, crutches and artificial limbs are provided to hundreds of physically disabled children from rural background. Financial assistance is also provided to those in critical conditions. Under this program, many clinics were opened in various villages to render medical care to the rural populace and tribals.
